Ms. Kathleen Schreck

Ph.D. Candidate, University of Minnesota

Kathleen grew up in Cross Lanes, WV and attended NYSC in 1997 as a WV delegate. She then received a scholarship to play soccer (and study) at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, receiving a B. S. in Chemistry in 2001. Since then, Kathleen has been pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota studying the synthesis of biodegradable polymers derived from renewable resources. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys cooking, singing, and playing soccer.
