Every year at the NYSC is unique. For over 40 years the NYSC has continuously developed and refined its program, and every year we update our lecture program, outdoor trips, and special events to provide new challenges and opportunities to the students. What are consistent, however, are the goals and values upon which the entire program is based.

The National Youth Science Camp program immerses students in a unique environment rich with opportunity to explore new subjects, share their own knowledge and experience, and interact with a diverse community of guest lecturers, staff, and other delegates. This same environment also provdes the perfect backdrop for thrilling outdoor recreational activities (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, caving, kayaking, ultimate frisbee, and more) as well as a peaceful setting for contemplation, reading, playing music, creating art, or simply hanging out with friends.
